Initially, crush the old used plastic materials using the plastic crusher of any one type. Now Claw/flat, Flake and V Type of plastic crushers are available at N2S Technologies Pvt., Ltd. Hence, use the appropriate type of crusher.

What are the plc controllers available?

Controller models: Vertical and Horizontal type PLC Controllers. Injection molding machine controllers help to store 120 mold data. If necessary, you can export the data in an external device. Thence, store the new mold data.

Is it necessary to use the hopper dryer?

We recommend you use the hopper dryer to ensure the process of pre-heating of the plastic granules. It helps to make sure that the plastic materials do not contain moisture content.
